Your contact at ALTO27
ALTO27 manages enquiries received through this website and its audience measurement tools. For questions about your data or to exercise your rights, email alto27.sh@gmail.com.
When you contact us
The form collects your name, email address, the service you are interested in, your message and your acknowledgement before sending. Your company name is optional. Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to submit the form; you can also email us directly.
This information helps us understand your needs, respond and prepare a possible collaboration. A request for a quote or service is processed to take pre-contractual steps at your request. Other enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
The form is processed by Netlify Forms. A copy of the enquiry is forwarded to ALTO27’s Gmail mailbox. Access is intended for the person handling your enquiry and the technical providers needed to deliver it. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
How long we keep the information depends on what follows: answering your question, following up on a project and, if a collaboration begins, retaining the records needed for that relationship and applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to delete an exchange; records required by law or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims may be retained separately.
Please do not send passwords, bank details or sensitive information through the form.
Understanding visits with Plausible
We use Plausible Analytics to understand which pages are viewed, traffic sources, devices used and the approximate location of visits. The dashboard presents aggregated statistics. A VPN may affect the estimated country.
Plausible states that it does not use cookies or persistent identifiers for this measurement. IP addresses and browser information are used for daily counting without being stored in their raw form. Visitor data is processed and hosted in the European Union. Read Plausible’s data policy ↗
When a form submission reaches the confirmation page, we also count the “Enquiry sent” action. This system does not send your name, email address or message to Plausible. We use the statistics to improve the website, without personalised advertising or linking visits to the messages received.
You can exclude your visits from this measurement. This choice works even if your IP address changes or you use a VPN. It applies to this browser and this website address from the next page load; it does not remove visits already recorded. Learn more about excluding visits ↗
Settings saved in your browser
- Your choice to exclude visits from statistics: if you enable it, a local preference is stored until you change it or clear the site’s data. Check it again on another browser, device or profile, and when using private browsing.
- Form confirmation: a temporary timestamp lets us count an enquiry after its confirmation. It contains no name, email address or message. It is removed on confirmation, and attempts older than ten minutes are not counted. This storage is limited to the tab’s session.
This version of the site does not include Meta, LinkedIn or Google Ads advertising tools.
Hosting, email and external content
Netlify hosts the site and provides form processing. Displaying pages and protecting the service involve processing technical connection information. Netlify privacy policy ↗
Google provides the Gmail service used to receive and handle your enquiries. Google Search Console also lets us review the site’s performance in Google search results; no Search Console script is added to your browsing on this website. Google privacy policy ↗
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and some images from Unsplash. To deliver these files, these services receive a request from your browser containing technical connection information, including your IP address. Google Fonts information ↗ · Unsplash privacy policy ↗
Some of these providers operate outside the European Union, including in the United States. Their policies and contractual documents describe processing locations and safeguards for transfers. Plausible visitor data is hosted in Europe as described above. Netlify data processing information ↗
Your rights
Depending on the processing involved and the conditions set out in the GDPR, you can request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing or data portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Send your request to alto27.sh@gmail.com and explain your request and the exchanges concerned. Please do not attach an identity document without being asked: further verification will only be requested if necessary.
