SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT

Social media
management.

Would you like to hand over your social media to someone who understands your business? ALTO27 sets the content direction, plans the calendar and creates the material agreed together. You retain approval of what goes out, while topics and posts progress within a defined process. Support can cover an ongoing presence or a specific launch or event, for businesses across France.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

Your project,
in practice.

For a business looking to organise its posts, a brand preparing to launch or an organisation that wants coverage of its key moments.

An example brief

Set a content direction, prepare a calendar, then create and approve content for a launch or an ongoing presence.

A scenario to help you picture the possibilities, adapted to your business.
What you receive
Themes, a schedule, copy and formats suited to your chosen platforms, with a review where included in the brief.
What we prepare together
Your existing accounts, audiences, news and available content. Access is shared through invitations with appropriate permissions, without sending passwords by email.
A clear scope before we begin
Platforms, posting frequency, creation, scheduling and moderation are defined in the quote. Any advertising budget is listed separately. We agree the schedule together after the brief.
Talk about my social media

A process you can maintain.

Platforms, formats, frequency and approvals are chosen to fit your resources and goals. The scope distinguishes content creation, publishing and conversations with your community.

Build a consistent presence

We prepare recurring themes, a calendar and the agreed posts: copy, visuals or carousels, as specified in the quote. An approval process helps identify missing information early. Available metrics then inform changes to topics and formats, without treating follower counts as the only measure.

Prepare an account launch

We define the account’s purpose, profile information and first topics. Content and visual guidelines provide a consistent starting point. Account setup, post preparation and scheduling are listed separately in the proposal, so everyone understands what they need to provide and approve.

Support a launch or event

For a new offer or an event, we plan messages before, during and after the occasion. The calendar sets out which formats to prepare and what material needs gathering. Any photography or on-site work is planned and scoped separately where required.

The right impact depends on your objective.

A brand, an institution and an event need different things from social media. We choose content and metrics to suit each context.

Grow a community

Consistent, recognisable content gives people a reason to follow, engage and return. Changes in follower numbers add context to interactions.

Support enquiries and sales

For a business, each post can lead to an offer, a booking or a conversation. Clicks and messages are then compared with the enquiries and orders actually received.

THE METRICSwebsite clicks, messages, enquiries and purchases attributable to the journey.

Extend the reach of a key moment

For an institution or event, the priority may be to inform and spread a message: reports, interviews, stories and videos bring the event to people beyond the venue.

THE METRICSviews, accounts reached, shares and content views during the coverage.
How do we measure progress?

Start with an objective and compare over time.

For a commercial activity, track clicks, enquiries and orders linked to the content. For an institution or event, look at message distribution, people reached and meaningful interactions. Follower numbers add further context.

We choose the tracking tools and metrics to suit your business, your objective and the agreed scope of support.

Before we begin

How many posts are included each month?

The number depends on the selected platforms, formats and available material. It is set out in the quote, alongside creation, scheduling and review. We favour a frequency you can support and approve rather than committing to a volume without understanding how your business works.

Who approves the content, and how do you access our accounts?

We agree a contact person, an approval method and a schedule for feedback. Access is granted through invitations or assigned roles where the platform supports them. You retain control of the accounts. Sensitive subjects and messages requiring your specific approval are identified at the start.

Are replies to messages and advertising included?

They are not included by default in post creation. Moderation, replies to comments or messages and paid campaigns require an explicit scope. For advertising, management fees and the budget paid to the platforms must be shown separately in the proposal.
