IDENTITY & MATERIALS

Brand identity
and communication materials.

Do you need an identity for your business, or more consistency across your existing materials? ALTO27 turns your needs into a creative brief, establishes a direction and organises the relevant applications. A logo, guidelines, brochure or digital toolkit can form part of the agreed scope. Sébastien produces the work or coordinates the partners required, for projects across France.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

Your project,
in practice.

For a business looking to establish its visual identity, bring consistency to its materials or prepare communications for a launch.

An example brief

Turn an objective into a creative brief, establish a direction and coordinate a campaign across the materials that matter.

A scenario to help you picture the possibilities, adapted to your business.
What you receive
A brief, a visual direction and the materials specified in the quote. Depending on the project, ALTO27 creates the work or coordinates creative partners; everyone's role is agreed at the outset.
What we prepare together
Your message, your audiences, the formats you need, your existing identity and the images you have permission to use.
A clear scope before we begin
Materials, formats, approval stages, final files and any partners are specified in the quote. Printing and production are scoped where needed. We agree the schedule together after the brief.
Tell us what you need visually

One direction, different uses.

Materials are chosen for their messages and the situations in which they will be used. We define each format’s role, the existing elements to retain and the approvals needed.

Establish an identity

The brief brings together your positioning, audience and useful references. The chosen direction defines the key elements: a symbol or wordmark, typography, colours and composition principles, as agreed in the quote. Applications show how the identity works in context, beyond the logo on its own.

Bring existing materials together

We start with your guidelines and available files to identify inconsistencies between documents. A shared framework can then connect a presentation, a brochure and digital visuals. The aim is to make the materials coherent while keeping the existing elements that still work.

Prepare a campaign toolkit

With a clear message and audience, we prepare the agreed applications: a poster, invitation, banner or social post. Formats, copy and distribution requirements are brought together in the brief. Coordination with a printer or another supplier is included only where specified in the quote.

A recognisable identity. A message that makes sense.

A visual identity connects your materials. Thoughtful layouts put the right message first and help your audience see what to do next.

Be recognisable across every format

Consistent colours, typography and layouts create familiar cues across your website, social posts and documents.

THE METRICSbrand recognition and consistency across materials.

Make the essentials clear

A clear hierarchy highlights what your audience should remember: an offer, a date, a location or a tangible benefit.

THE METRICSunderstanding of the message, assessed through audience feedback or testing.

Connect each material to an action

A dedicated link or QR code can take people from a poster, brochure or event to a registration form, an offer page or a contact.

THE METRICSvisits to the dedicated link, registrations and related enquiries.
How do we measure progress?

Start with an objective and compare over time.

Connect each material to a specific action: visit a page, register or request information. A dedicated link or QR code lets you track that journey. Audience feedback adds context to the figures when assessing understanding and recognition.

We choose the tracking tools and metrics to suit your business, your objective and the agreed scope of support.

Registration rate = visits with a registration ÷ dedicated link visits. 12 / 100 = 12%; 30 / 200 = 15%, an increase of 3 percentage points.

An example of tracking printed materials: measure dedicated link visits and related registrations without attributing the entire result to the design.

These fictional figures describe a campaign journey. They do not isolate the effect of the visual design alone.

Before we begin

Can you work with our existing logo and brand guidelines?

Yes. We begin by reviewing your guidelines, usable files and intended applications. The assignment can focus on consistency or new materials. Any change to your logo or core brand elements is discussed and approved before being applied.

Which files and usage rights are supplied?

The quote defines the materials, file formats and any source files included in the handover. It also sets out the usage rights granted. Third-party fonts, photographs and illustrations may have their own licences; their terms and any purchases are identified before production.

Who creates the work and arranges printing?

Sébastien leads the brief, direction and project coordination. Depending on the need, he produces the materials or coordinates partners whose involvement is defined in the quote. Printing, manufacturing, photography and supplier fees are not automatically included; responsibilities are agreed together.
